Hey! My name is N. Kecia Clemons, I am the founder and CEO of Kecia Mo Styles. I am true GA Peach, born and raised in Atlanta Georgia. My love for fashion started very early as a little girl. I will never forget staying up late, with my flashlight to read Seventeen and my mother’s Essence, Ebony, Jet & Cosmopolitan magazines.  I was really excited about Sundays, I would put together my outfits for the week. I never wore the same outfit in a month, it is astonishing what you can with what is already in your closet!  Eventually, I began styling my family and friends, before I even knew what styling was. My late father is truly the inspiration behind my business. He never called me by my first name, I honor him by going by my middle name, “Kecia.” My sense of style definitely stems from him and both of my grandmothers.  My dad was the only person, I knew who could switch from full suits to sweatpants so effortlessly and he was always in style.

Believe it or not, I didn’t pursue any dealing with fashion until later in life. Growing up in my family, and like many kids of color, a career in the creative space was simply out of the question. So, I decided to further my education. All the while, my family and friends would ask me where to get certain pieces and if I could dress them. Fast forward several years later, my husband is the one who pushed me to take my gift much more seriously. Therefore, I took a class from a 15 year veteran, New York Fashion Institute Alum and was her assistant for two years. During that time, I have worked on movies/television, brand photoshoots, been a boutique director and even curated for New York Fashion Week. My first collaboration was with a major custom suit distributor in Atlanta. What started off as a social media project quickly lead to me; redesigning two shops and styling NFL stars. I am so thankful that this distributor took a chance on me. 

As a certified Style Coach, I will work towards creating a wardrobe that refreshes your personal style and brand, to ensure you look and feel confident, in all aspects of your life.
